How do you position a company fighting against the overarching category it does business in, one that's been broadly associated with something adverse?

Based in Australia, Nimble set out to redefine what micro-loans mean in a market filled with strongly negative associations. Life's circumstances can often leave someone, anyone, in a situation where they need a little bit of help; how do you normalize this transaction when in fact, it's actually super normal?

Focused on trust, ease of use and a bit of fun, the Nimble jack rabbit hit a cord with the team—rooted in the idea of transparency, the foundation the company was built on, the mark is approachable and playful while still maintaining a strong sense of security.

The goal of the website and product was simple—how do you make it super easy to get a loan, while A. knowing the ramifications of what borrowing money are B. actually qualifying for the loan (not as easy as you'd think with Nimble) and C. understanding how you'll responsibly pay it back.

What differentiates Nimble in the quick-loan market is their approval/denial process—the very thing that gave the industry a bad rap in the first place. Unique from other micro-loan companies, Nimble runs their clients through an in depth series of approval exercises ranging from job history and monthly income to verification of personal cash flow.
