Process is more of an ideology than a function; a set of ideas and exercises that shift in prominence with each project and team.

Within that set of exercises the biggest focus is on broad, free-thinking research, exploration, and the knowledge that there are hundreds of potential solutions to any given problem.

Everything in one way or another has been conceived before, so how do you create original work? What relevance does architecture have to Russian YouTube, contour drawing to email platforms, the history of bees to a personal assistant tool?

Designers are often asked what the process of working together would be like, but the more important question is, "how do I get the best work out of you?"

1) Create small decision making teams. 2) Trust designers to do their job. Communicate your needs, ideas and criticism but leave the design exploration to us. Let experts be experts—we’ll never assume to know as much about your line of work, and we expect the same in return. 3) Finally, adhere to the notion that design is a process. Maintaining excitement/enthusiasm throughout the entirety of the project is vital to a successful end result.
